The ulna and radius are two bones in the forearm. One way to distinguish them is by their location in the arm - the ulna is located on the pinky side of the forearm, while the radius is on the thumb side. Another way to distinguish them is by their shape - the ulna is longer and has a more prominent olecranon process (the bony point at the elbow), while the radius is shorter and has a smaller head. Additionally, the ulna is responsible for forming the elbow joint, while the radius is involved in the rotation of the forearm. **

It is difficult to determine if your arm is broken at the ulna or radius based solely on the presence of a hard bump. A hard bump could be a result of a variety of injuries, including a fracture, a bone bruise, or a dislocation. It is important to seek medical attention and get an X-ray to accurately diagnose the injury and determine the appropriate treatment. Only a healthcare professional can provide a proper diagnosis and treatment plan for your specific injury. **

However, it can also be overwhelming to maintain two journals, so make sure you have the time and energy to keep up with both. Consider starting with one Bullet Journal and see if you feel the need for a second one before committing to managing two. **
