It ultimately depends on the individual and their personal experiences. Some may find school to be more tormenting due to academic pressure, social dynamics, and the constant need to perform well. On the other hand, others may find work to be more tormenting due to job stress, long hours, and the pressure to meet deadlines and expectations. Both school and work can be challenging in their own ways, and it's important to find healthy coping mechanisms to manage stress in either environment. **

If your girlfriend is being mentally tormented by her ex-boyfriend, it's important to offer her support and understanding. Encourage her to seek help from a therapist or counselor who can provide professional guidance and support. It's also important to help her establish boundaries with her ex-boyfriend and consider involving law enforcement if the harassment escalates to a dangerous level. Encourage her to prioritize her safety and well-being, and offer to help her in any way you can. **

Having two Bullet Journals can be a good idea if you want to separate different aspects of your life, such as work and personal tasks, or if you have a lot of information to organize. However, it can also be overwhelming to maintain two journals, so make sure you have the time and energy to keep up with both. Consider starting with one Bullet Journal and see if you feel the need for a second one before committing to managing two. **

You can find beautiful planners at stationery stores, specialty boutiques, online retailers like Amazon or Etsy, and even at larger retailers like Target or Walmart. They can help with layout, storage solutions, and choosing materials and finishes. Working with a kitchen planner can be beneficial for creating a functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen that meets your specific needs and preferences. **
