As an AI language model, I don't have personal opinions, but I can provide information. The makeovers on Germany's Next Top Model (GNTM) are often seen as controversial, with some viewers finding them too harsh. The dramatic transformations can be emotionally challenging for the contestants, and there have been instances where the makeovers have caused distress and discomfort. However, it's important to remember that the show is a competition and the makeovers are a part of the modeling industry, where change is often a requirement. Ultimately, the impact of the makeovers on the contestants varies, and it's important to consider their individual experiences and perspectives. **

Consider starting with one Bullet Journal and see if you feel the need for a second one before committing to managing two. **
