The children of Dionysus, the Greek god of wine, fertility, and theater, are known as the Maenads or Bacchae. These are female followers of Dionysus who are often depicted as wild and frenzied, engaging in ecstatic rituals and celebrations in honor of the god. In some myths, Dionysus is also said to have had mortal children with various women, who may have inherited some of his divine traits. Overall, the children of Dionysus are associated with revelry, ecstasy, and the wild, untamed aspects of human nature. **

The symbol that represents Dionysus or Bacchus is the thyrsus, which is a staff topped with a pine cone and entwined with ivy. The thyrsus is associated with fertility, pleasure, and the wild, ecstatic nature of the god. It is often depicted in art and mythology as a symbol of Dionysus's power and influence over wine, revelry, and the natural world. **

Dionysus is the Greek god of wine, fertility, and ecstasy. He is often depicted as a youthful, joyful figure, associated with revelry and the celebration of life. Dionysus is also known for his wild and unpredictable nature, as well as his ability to inspire madness and ecstasy in his followers. Hades, on the other hand, is the Greek god of the underworld and the ruler of the dead. He is often depicted as a dark and somber figure, associated with death and the afterlife. Hades is known for his stern and serious demeanor, as well as his role in maintaining order and balance in the underworld. Unlike Dionysus, Hades is not typically associated with joy or celebration, but rather with the solemnity of death and the afterlife. **

The connection between Jesus and Dionysus and their crucifixion lies in the similarities between their stories. Both figures are associated with themes of death and rebirth, and both are said to have been crucified. In the case of Dionysus, some ancient sources describe him as being killed and then resurrected, while in the case of Jesus, the crucifixion is a central event in Christian belief, leading to his resurrection. Some scholars have suggested that there may be influences from the Dionysian cult on early Christian beliefs and practices, leading to parallels between the two figures. **

The name of the Temple of Dionysus in Athens is the "Theatre of Dionysus." This ancient Greek theatre is located at the foot of the Acropolis and is dedicated to the god of wine and fertility, Dionysus. It is one of the oldest theatres in the world and was the birthplace of Greek tragedy. The theatre was used for festivals and performances in honor of Dionysus, and it could hold up to 17,000 spectators. **

However, it can also be overwhelming to maintain two journals, so make sure you have the time and energy to keep up with both. Consider starting with one Bullet Journal and see if you feel the need for a second one before committing to managing two. **
