The attitudes of the Indians towards the European conquerors varied depending on the specific interactions and circumstances. Some Indians initially welcomed the Europeans as potential allies and trading partners, while others were wary of their intentions and the potential threat they posed to their way of life. As the Europeans began to assert their dominance and exploit the indigenous populations, attitudes shifted towards resistance and hostility. Overall, the Indians' attitudes towards the European conquerors were complex and evolved over time as they navigated the impacts of colonization on their societies. **

It is extremely rare for a war in history to have no civilian casualties and for conquerors to spare the innocent. Even in wars where efforts are made to minimize civilian casualties, such as through the use of precision targeting, collateral damage is often unavoidable. Additionally, conquerors throughout history have often imposed harsh conditions on the defeated population, including the killing or enslavement of civilians. While there may be instances where conquerors have shown mercy and spared innocent civilians, these cases are exceptions rather than the norm in the history of warfare. **

There is evidence to suggest that some indigenous peoples in the Americas initially believed the Spanish conquerors to be gods due to their advanced technology, weaponry, and appearance. However, it is likely that this belief was not universal among all indigenous groups and individuals. It is important to consider the diversity of perspectives and experiences among indigenous peoples during the time of European colonization, rather than simplifying their reactions to the arrival of the Spanish conquerors. **

There is evidence to suggest that some indigenous peoples in the Americas initially viewed the Spanish conquerors as god-like figures due to their advanced technology, weaponry, and the belief in the return of Quetzalcoatl. However, it is likely that this perception evolved over time as the brutal and oppressive nature of the Spanish conquest became apparent. While there may have been instances where the Spanish were initially revered as gods, it is more accurate to say that this belief was not widespread or enduring among the indigenous populations. **

However, it can also be overwhelming to maintain two journals, so make sure you have the time and energy to keep up with both. Consider starting with one Bullet Journal and see if you feel the need for a second one before committing to managing two. **
