If you are experiencing specific eye health issues or have a known eye condition, it is best to go to an ophthalmologist. Ophthalmologists are medical doctors who specialize in eye and vision care, and they can diagnose and treat a wide range of eye conditions, including performing surgery if necessary. On the other hand, if you simply need a routine eye exam, prescription for glasses or contact lenses, or have general concerns about your vision, an optometrist would be the appropriate choice. Optometrists are trained to provide primary vision care and can also diagnose and treat some common eye conditions. **

In most cases, a student can be excused from school for an optometrist appointment. However, it is important to follow the school's policies and procedures for excused absences. This may involve providing a note from the optometrist or parent/guardian, and notifying the school in advance of the appointment. It is always best to communicate with the school and make arrangements for the missed class time. **

They have completed a Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree, but they are not medical doctors and cannot perform surgery. **

No, you do not have to get all 4 rows of the eye test right at the optometrist. The eye test is designed to assess your visual acuity and determine if you need corrective lenses. Making one mistake in one of the rows does not necessarily mean you have a problem with your vision. The optometrist will consider various factors, including your overall eye health and any symptoms you may be experiencing, to make a comprehensive assessment of your vision. **

Having two Bullet Journals can be a good idea if you want to separate different aspects of your life, such as work and personal tasks, or if you have a lot of information to organize. However, it can also be overwhelming to maintain two journals, so make sure you have the time and energy to keep up with both. Consider starting with one Bullet Journal and see if you feel the need for a second one before committing to managing two. **
