To protect yourself from mosquitoes with DEET in the tropics, it is important to apply the repellent to exposed skin and clothing, following the instructions on the product label. It is also recommended to reapply the repellent as directed, especially after swimming or sweating. Additionally, wearing long-sleeved shirts, long pants, and socks can provide extra protection from mosquito bites. It is important to avoid applying DEET to cuts, wounds, or irritated skin, and to wash it off when returning indoors. **

Consider starting with one Bullet Journal and see if you feel the need for a second one before committing to managing two. **
